Company Policy
e-LaserLight adheres to the following policies:
Payment and Sales Tax e-LaserLight accepts all major credit/debit cards, money order, cashier check, personal check and company check (personal/company requires 5~7 days for bank process). Unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Stated prices do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. All such duties or taxes shall be paid by the customer, or in lieu thereof, customer shall provide e-LaserLight with an appropriate tax exemption certificate or resale number.
Shipping
e-LaserLight attempts to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Most items are shipped using UPS standard ground transportation. Express shipments are also available upon request. Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard shipments. When the shipment (s) is/are Refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for the S&H for both the first and subsequent second redelivery. Special Orders To insure your complete satisfaction, certain special orders including customized products, (special configurations and build to order PC's) require a 3 to 5 days lead time for quality assurance and diagnostic testing. Back Orders Most merchandise is shipped from our warehouses allowing us greater control over product, shipment information, and backorders. Items placed on back order are shipped as soon as they become available.
Addressing
e-LaserLight prefers to ship all packages to the billing address of the credit card. The accuracy of this address is the responsibility of the cardholder. Address corrections that are made while in transit or after delivery to a wrong address are expensed to the cardholder’s credit card as we incur charges from UPS for this service. Orders shipped to any address other than the billing address may be delayed for credit card verification. Sorry, no P.O.BOX delivery.
Warranty
All computer systems are warranted to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the invoiced purchase date. The warranty covers the system, components, and labor for the entire one (1) year period. All others items carry a minimum (30) day repair or replacement warranty. Warranty on microprocessors and memory modules that have been mishandled or damaged are voided. e-LaserLight offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. The 30-day period will start from the date when the order was delivered. After 30 days, no refund is allowed. S&H is absolutely non-refundable. Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions: All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for exchange if defective. No returns or refunds will be accepted. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Software and consumables can only be returned in original factory sealed cartons. Defective items will be exchanged. All component returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or $25, depending on the value of the item, and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance) are not refundable. Warranty on microprocessors and memory modules that have been mishandled or damaged is voided. Only those items that are determined to be free from damage will be exchanged or refunded Warranty does not apply to physical damages. After the initial 1-year warranty, all returns and/or replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please review the specific warranty supplied with each product. Returns
All returns require a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. RMA’s can only be issued through the RMA or technical support department. To receive an RMA, please call to request information. The RMA will be issued and returned by phone call or email within 24 hours. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 14 days and then voided. Any RMA returned to us with a RMA number past the 14-day period of validity shall be refused and sent back to the sender. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail as e-LaserLight is not responsible for items that are misdirected or lost or damaged in shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the carton. e-LaserLight does not accept any shipments without a valid RMA.
All opened or used software is not refundable under any conditions.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Limitation of Liability e-LaserLight does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. e-LaserLight will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided therein. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, e-LaserLight is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement. Fair Trade and Business Policy All pricing, shipping information is subject to change without notice. Final order specifications and amounts, including tax and shipping, will be communicated following receipt of your online order. e-LaserLight will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding products specifications, prices or other information. All sales are subject to e-LaserLight's Term and Conditions of Sale.
